Noah Dwyer was born in Normal, Illinois, and raised in Cedar Rapids Iowa. He graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, in 2017 with a degree in religion. He went on to study theology at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, earning his master’s in theology in 2019. He then went to law school at the University of Iowa College of Law where he was a writer as well as senior editor for the Journal of Gender, Race, and Justice. While in law school, Noah interned for the Honorable James E. Shadid at the Central District of the United States District Court as well as the Peoria Public Defender.

After graduation, Noah returned to Central Illinois to practice law. He has practiced in various areas, where he gained a greater appreciation of the needs of clients and his skills in reading, analysis, and legal writing.

Noah joined Benckendorf and Benckendorf, P.C. in 2024 as an Associate Attorney focusing on trusts and estates, real estate, business planning and transaction, as well as civil litigation.
